Agreement to Terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential and commercial electrical services provided.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of evaluation.
Pricing may change if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions, code requirements, or customer-requested changes.
Any additional work will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding whenever possible.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Deposits may be required for scheduled work or material purchases.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts as permitted by law.
Permits & Code Compliance
All work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes and local regulations.
Permit requirements will be discussed prior to the start of work when applicable.
We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical conditions, non-code installations, or concealed issues discovered during service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must disclose known electrical issues, prior modifications, or unsafe conditions before work begins.
The customer is responsible for clearing work areas and securing pets during service.
We are not responsible for damage to concealed wiring, framing, drywall, or existing finishes when access is required to perform electrical work.
Warranty & Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment provided.
This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Service calls, labor, and completed work are non-refundable once services have been performed.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
Any approved refunds or billing adjustments will be handled at management’s discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from existing electrical system failures, code violations, or customer-supplied materials.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, non-code compliant, abusive, or beyond the agreed scope of work.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for providing services, communication, and billing.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
